As of this year, Dr. Adams has practiced dentistry for an impressive 40 years.

Future Visits

Future visits are the number of visits scheduled after the previous day. So, future visits include the scheduled appointments for today and beyond. Future visits help to ensure healthy growth, as they play a major role in production.
For Dr. Adams, we increased future visits by increasing the number of new patients as well as the pre-appointment percentage. As you can see, his future visits in the past were below 500. Now, they’ve reached 600

Pre-Appointment Percentage

Active patients with a scheduled appointment are deemed “pre-appointment.” We’ve improved his pre-appointment % by almost 10% in less that six months.

Treatment Acceptance %

Production is a multiplier of Visits and Production Per Visit. Grow in both of these aspects will always give a robust increase in production.

Growing the treatment acceptance percentage also helps boost Production Per Visit.
In the picture above, Dr. Adams’s treatment acceptance rate is 61%, which means that percentage of patients agree to the treatment he diagnoses.

Growing this has been extremely valuable for his practice. There are many patients that you already see and diagnose.
